Client Accompaniment Service
SSI Investigations offer solicitors a client accompaniment service. We will attend medical or legal appointments with clients to ensure the building of evidence for a case or accompanying them to court appearances.
We are instructed by solicitors to attend medical examinations necessary for evidence in personal injury claims with clients visit sites where the accident occurred. Our operatives will also attend court with clients as appearing in court can be extremely daunting. Anxieties associated with court appearances can sometimes manifest themselves in a muddled delivery of evidence or alternatively, a client may not attend court to provide their evidence. The SSI Investigations representative will provide support to clients throughout court proceedings, offering reassurance to reduce the negative effects of any anxiety experienced.
The presence of a third party at medical appointments, site visits and court appearances not only encourages the client to attend, but also offers them a reassuring hand to hold. Solicitors often comment that this service offers them real peace of mind, not only that proceedings will run smoothly as they can be reassured that clients will show up, but that the clients will be calmer and therefore more coherent in their delivery of information during appointments or court appearances than if they were to attend alone.
